Internal regulations
I – CONDITIONS GENERALES
1) Conditions of admission and formalities: To be admitted to enter, settle and stay on the grounds of Camping Bellevue, you must have been authorised by the reception office or the manager. Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not admitted. Staying on the grounds of Camping Bellevue implies acceptance of the provisions of these Rules and Regulations and a commitment to comply with them. Any violation may result in the perpetrator's expulsion. In the event of serious misconduct, the manager may call on the police. Please note that the campsite is strictly reserved for holidaymakers and/or those who do not take up residence there. Anyone staying at least one night at the campsite must first present their identity documents to the receptionist and complete the formalities required by the police.
2°) Campsite and reception office opening hours: The campsite is open from 16 April to 2 October. Reception is open every day from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 8pm in July and August. During the other months, the reception desk is open from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The reception desk provides all the information you need about the camp's services, where to buy supplies, the facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area, and various addresses that may be useful.
3°) Installation: Tents, caravans, mobile homes (RML) or light leisure dwellings (HLL) and related equipment, as well as vehicles, must be installed exactly at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager. Caravans or mobile homes (RML or Mobil-Homes) must retain their means of mobility at all times. The grouping of several caravans on one pitch, as well as the connection of caravans to the water supply and the discharge of waste water on the pitches is strictly prohibited.
4) Fees: Camping fees are paid at the reception desk. The amount is set according to the rates displayed at the campsite entrance and at the reception desk. Fees are charged based on the number of nights (from noon to noon) spent at the campsite. Campers are asked to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before. Campers who intend to leave before the reception office opens must pay their fees the day before. The camping day is counted from noon to noon. The pitch must therefore be vacated by noon at the latest. Any day started after noon is payable, however, until 7 p.m. the price of half a night is applied. The balance of the rental fees must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of arrival. In the event of a late booking (less than one month before the date of arrival), the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking. Booking fees are never deductible from the balance of the stay.
5°) Noise and silence: Campsite users are urged to avoid any noise or discussions that may disturb their neighbours, particularly with regard to audio-visual equipment (radio, TV, etc.). Car doors and boots should be closed as quietly as possible. There must be complete silence between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., except on evenings when there are parties, until 11.30 p.m.
6°) Visitors: Visitors may be admitted to the campsite between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. After being authorised by the manager or their representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who are hosting them. They must fill in a visitor form. Campers may receive one or more visitors at reception. If these visitors are admitted to the campsite, the camper receiving them must pay a fee. This fee is displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception office. Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campsite.
7°) Vehicle traffic and parking: Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a maximum speed of 10 km/h. Traffic is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. from 15 April to 31 May and from 1 September to 30 September, and between 11 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. from 1 June to 31 August. As the campsite entrance gate is closed, parking at the campsite exit is mandatory. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campsite are allowed to circulate within the campsite. Parking is strictly prohibited on pitches usually occupied by camping shelters and must not obstruct traffic or prevent new arrivals from setting up.
8) Maintenance and appearance of facilities: Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. It is forbidden to pour waste water on the ground or into the gutters. Caravan owners must empty their waste water in the facilities provided for this purpose. Household waste, rubbish of any kind and paper must be disposed of in the bins provided. The sanitary facilities must be kept clean at all times by users. Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. Washing is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose. Laundry may be hung out to dry until 10 a.m. near the shelters, provided that it is very discreet and does not disturb the neighbours. It must never be hung from trees. Plants and floral decorations must be respected. Campers are not allowed to hammer nails into trees, cut branches or plant anything. It is also not permitted to mark out the boundaries of a pitch using personal means or to dig into the ground. Any damage caused to vegetation, fences, the ground or the campsite's facilities will be charged to the person responsible. The pitch used during the stay must be kept in the same condition as it was found on arrival.
9°) Safety °) Fire: Barbecues and open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) as well as candles not protected by glass are strictly prohibited. Only barbecues that are in place and constantly monitored and controlled are permitted. Stoves must be kept in good working order and must not be used in dangerous conditions. In the event of a fire, notify the management immediately. Fire extinguishers may be used if necessary. A first aid kit is available at the reception desk.
b) Theft: Management is only responsible for items left at the office. Campers are responsible for their own equipment and must report any suspicious persons in the camp to the manager.
10) Games: Access to the various play areas is entirely at the users' own risk. Parents must accompany their children to the play areas and are solely responsible for them. No violent or disruptive games may be organised near the facilities.
11°) Dead storage: Dead storage is only permitted during the ‘low season’ and is not permitted from 5 July to 25 August. Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the site with the management's consent and only in the designated area. The management is not responsible for this equipment in the absence of the owner. A fee, the amount of which will be displayed at the office, will be charged for ‘dead storage’.
12°) Animals: Only dogs and cats are accepted, provided that their owners present identity papers, vaccination certificates (rabies) and insurance for category 2 guard or defence dogs. The latter must be muzzled. All animals must be kept on a leash at all times. They must never be left alone on the campsite, even if locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly liable for them. Their owners must ensure that noise pollution from their animals does not extend beyond the perimeter of the pitches. They must also clean up any mess caused by their animals. Category 1 dogs or attack dogs (Pit Bulls and Boerboels) are not accepted.
13°) Camp Manager and Notice Board: The Camp Manager is responsible for maintaining order and good conduct at the camp. They have a duty to put an end to serious breaches of the Rules and Regulations and, if necessary, to expel the perpetrators. A complaints book is available for users. Complaints will only be considered if they are signed, dated, as specific as possible, and relate to relatively recent events. These internal regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. They are provided to customers upon request.
