Terms of reservation
The reservation is effective after receipt of the deposit, the reservation contract completed and signed, after acceptance of the GCS when booking online and the agreement of the campsite.
Only the persons registered on the contract will be able to claim the benefit of the rental. The reservation is nominative, it is forbidden to sublet or transfer to a third party. In the event of inaccurate declaration, the contract will be automatically terminated and the sums paid will remain with the campsite.
Only one vehicle is allowed on the site.
Rates and tourist tax
The prices indicated are valid for the current season. Prices are in euros, VAT included and excluding tourist tax. The amount of the tourist tax is 0.22 euro per person and per night and is payable by the customer.
The balance of reservations must be paid 30 days before your arrival date. A deposit of 25% is required for the reservation of the stay. An invoice will be given to you after payment of the balance of the stay.
Cancellation and modification
° right of withdrawal
In accordance with the exclusion appearing in Article L221-28-12 of the Consumer Code, "the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts: for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, for transport services for goods, car rentals, catering or leisure activities that must be provided to udate or at a specified period."
The consumer therefore does not have the legal right of withdrawal.
°Modification of your reservation
Your reservation can be modified free of charge and subject to availability.
In the event of force majeure, the Bellevue campsite reserves the right to cancel your stay. In this case, the sums paid will be refunded to you, no compensation can be claimed.
For any cancellation received more than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the balance cannot be cashed but the deposit will be kept by the campsite.
For any cancellation received within 30 days of the date of the beginning of the stay or of no-show at the campsite, the full amount of the rental will be retained by the campsite.
Mediation of consumer disputes
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning "the consumer dispute mediation process", the customer has the right to use the mediation service offered by the Bellevue campsite free of charge. The proposed mediator is CM2C.

IT and freedom
The information you send us when making your reservation will not be passed on to a third party. This information is considered confidential. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you. To do this, simply send us a request by mail indicating your surname, first name and address.
Opposition to cold calling
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, Art L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, when a professional is required to collect telephone data from a consumer, he informs him of his right to register on the “Bloctel” telephone canvassing opposition list, on which you can register (conso.bloctel.fr)
